ClientSoft is a mainframe integration services provider, supporting Web services, real-time events, direct data access and screen integration. Subsequent to Berry’s investment in Clientsoft, Clientsoft was acquired by NEON Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ symbol: NEON). NEON is in the process of being acquired by another NASDAQ traded company, Progress Software Corporation (symbol: PRGS). Although Berry is no longer involved with ClientSoft or its acquirers, we are very proud of the successes of this venture and its participants.
